🐕 Animals
Animals are not permitted in TBU halls of residence or contractual external accommodation facilities.
The only exceptions are assistance and guide dogs.
🪑 Equipment
TBU halls of residence and external accommodation facilities are equipped to provide suitable conditions for studying.
🛏️ Long-Term Accommodation
Upon check-in, residents receive the following free of charge:

- Bed linen (pillow, duvet and sheet).

Used bed linen can be exchanged once a month for clean bed linen free of charge on specified dates.
🛏️ Short-Term Accommodation
Upon arrival, the room is prepared with:

- a freshly made bed,
- a towel,
- hotel soap.

🗄️ Room Equipment
The equipment in individual buildings and rooms varies depending on the type of accommodation.
A detailed overview of the equipment provided in individual rooms can be found in the room inventories.
Kitchenettes are not equipped with kitchenware. Residents must provide their own kitchen equipment.
🚗 Parking
We do not provide designated parking spaces at TBU halls of residence. The car parks are public.
🏢 U6 and U12 Halls of Residence
Parking in front of the buildings is very limited. Only available spaces in public car parks may be used.
🏢 U7 Hall of Residence
Parking at the building is time-limited and requires the use of a parking disc. The maximum parking time is 2 hours.
🏨 Hotel Garni
For long-term accommodation, parking in front of the building is not permitted in order to maintain access for deliveries to nearby shops and services.
Short-term hotel guests may park only with a valid parking card issued by Hotel Garni. Parking without this card is prohibited.
Recommended Parking Areas
For longer-term parking, we recommend using one of the public car parks, for example:

- Free car park below the Datart Sports Hall (approximately 300 m from Hotel Garni),
- Zlín – Příluky park-and-ride car park, from where you can continue to the city centre by public transport.
