- ❓ By what date can the Accommodation Agreement be signed = confirmed electronically in ISKAM?
Deadline for electronic confirmation of the agreement by the student = ticking the relevant checkbox:
Winter semester: no later than 26 August 2026
Summer semester: no later than 26 January 2027
After these dates, the agreement can no longer be confirmed electronically. You will sign it in printed form when you move into the accommodation. The agreement will be printed by the accommodation officer/building manager of the relevant building.
Please note: In the case of accommodation for a minor student, the Accommodation Agreement must be signed by the legal representative or guardian when the student moves into the accommodation.
- ❓ Can you issue an Accommodation Agreement for visa purposes?
Yes, provided that the conditions below are met.
For new students, HRR issues an agreement for visa purposes only upon request from the TBU International Office or Student Affairs Office.
Current students may request the agreement directly by email from the accommodation officer or building manager of the relevant building. The following must be attached to the request:

- a completed visa form containing personal data, link,
- confirmation that you will continue studying at TBU in the following academic year.

Please note that an Accommodation Agreement issued for the purpose of obtaining/extending a visa serves only for obtaining/extending the visa and does not automatically guarantee a bed reservation.
If you are seriously interested in accommodation, you must follow the Accommodation Rules, i.e.:

- pay the reservation deposit.
