Hotel Garni
The hotel is located near the centre of Zlín. It offers accommodation mainly in double rooms with private bathroom and in 3 suites for 4 persons. The apartments consist of two double rooms and a shared bathroom. The rooms have double beds or twin beds. In case the room equipment does not include a refrigerator, students with an accommodation contract have the possibility to bring their own refrigerator (the refrigerator including the freezer can have a total capacity of max. 120L and must have a valid inspection and check according to the standard ČSN 33 160).
There is a self-service washing machine and dryer in the building (payment via mobile app). It is possible to rent an iron (there is a separate room with an ironing board for ironing) or a vacuum cleaner at the reception.
On the first floor there is a shared kitchen equipped with dining tables and chairs, a sink, shared fridges, microwaves, induction cookers (own crockery suitable for induction) and kettles.
A vending machine with snacks is located next to the reception.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor where breakfast and lunch (lunch menu) can be purchased on weekdays. Students and employees have the option of using a student (loaded credit) or UTB employee card to pay and thus benefit from a reduced (subsidised) price.
Wi-fi connection is available throughout the building.
