First Day at the Hall of Residence
✅Arrive to take over your accommodation place and complete the necessary formalities at the reserved appointment stated in ISKAM.
✅ Present your identity document and your TBU student card. If you do not have it yet, you will provide it later.
✅ Pay any outstanding accommodation fee. Without the payment being credited, the student cannot be accommodated.
✅ Sign the required documents and, if applicable, the Accommodation Agreement, unless it has already been signed electronically.
✅ Check the room equipment and report any defects within 24 hours in ISKAM.
Unable to arrive?

- Inform the accommodation officer/operations manager no later than by 10:00 on the day of your reservation.
- Arrange an alternative appointment.
- Without an apology, you will lose your entitlement to the allocated bed and the reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Upon arrival, you will receive

- bed linen; if you return the bed linen, it is essential that the reception records the return of the bed linen on your bed inventory sheet
- keys, a chip or an access card, depending on the type of building
- a registration sticker/temporary resident card
- a bed inventory sheet.
International students

- shall check their personal details and sign the “Foreign Police notification” form,
- shall sign in to ISKAM using their university account within 5 working days; this applies only to international students, excluding the CZ + SK waiting list, who received their STAG login details only after arriving at the TBU faculty.
