New accommodation offer for UTB students

We offer accommodation for students in the centre of Zlín in the accommodation facility max32, J. A. Bati 5648, 760 01 Zlín.
These are air-conditioned loft apartments with high-speed internet and wi-fi. The modern furnished interior always consists of a bedroom, living area, kitchenette including a fridge and cooker, bathroom with toilet. Free parking and free access to the fitness and wellness centre during the reserved hours 11:00 – 15:00. Outside these hours you pay a discounted price. Another advantage is the possibility to buy breakfast, again at a discounted price.

The price of the dormitory fee is 5 890,- CZK per bed when the apartment is occupied by 3 people. Reservation deposit 3 900,- CZK.
In case of request, it is possible to occupy the apartment with only 2 persons for the price of dormitory fee 8 835,- CZK per bed.
If you are 2 or 3 friends who want to share the apartment together, the offer is just for you. The capacity of the apartments is limited.
