Entry to accommodation

✅ Reservation of the room handover appointment

1. • in ISKAM: Accommodation → Accommodation overview → Accommodation place handover appointment
   • or on the website: https://nastupykmz.utb.cz/en/
   • the appointment can be booked or changed no later than one day in advance

✅ Payment of the first accommodation fee = accommodation advance payment

1. • by the end of the first calendar month
   • the payment must be credited in ISKAM no later than on the accommodation start date stated in the agreement; for applications approved after 1 September for the winter semester or after 1 February for the summer semester, within 3 days or on the day of the accommodation place handover, whichever occurs first.

⚠️ If the first accommodation fee is not paid:

1. • the bed is reserved for a maximum of 3 days,
   • the reservation will subsequently be cancelled,
   • the reservation deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee,
   • the student must submit a new application and pay a new deposit.

✅ Electronic confirmation of the Accommodation Agreement in ISKAM

1. • no later than 26 August 2026 (winter semester)
   • no later than 26 January 2027 (summer semester)
   • after these dates, the agreement is signed in printed form upon arrival
   • for underage students, the agreement must be signed in paper form by their legal representative

✅ Check the bank account number in ISKAM

1. • ISKAM → Account → Accounts
   • for direct debit payments, enable direct debit in ISKAM

✅ If requesting an extension of the reservation, pay the accommodation fee for the following period as well

1. • the bed is reserved only for the period for which the accommodation fee has been paid
   • without payment, the reservation is maintained for a maximum of 3 days

⚠️ If the reservation is cancelled due to non-payment of the accommodation fee:

1. • the reservation deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee,
   • the agreement will not be concluded and, if it has already been signed, it will be cancelled,
   • the proportional part of the accommodation fee already paid will not be refunded.
