Accommodation in this building is divided into two price categories – A and B.
The accommodation units consist of 2 double rooms with a shared entrance hall, kitchenette and bathroom facilities.
Units in Category A with odd-numbered rooms on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors have undergone complete renovation, while units on the 5th floor have undergone partial renovation.
Each room is equipped with:

- a pillow, duvet and bed linen,
- a wardrobe,
- a desk with a chair and desk lamp,

Each kitchenette is equipped with:

- a kitchen unit,
- an induction hob,
- a refrigerator,
- a dining table with chairs (except for odd-numbered rooms on the 5th floor).

Kitchenettes that have undergone complete renovation are additionally equipped with:

- a microwave oven.

Facilities available in the building:

- self-service washing machines and tumble dryers (payment via mobile app),
- bicycle storage room,
- fitness room,
- shared kitchenette with vending machines for drinks and snacks.

Access to the building and common areas is secured by access cards, which are issued and activated at reception. The accommodation units, including individual rooms, are secured with keys. At reception, you can also borrow an iron (for use in the laundry room only), a vacuum cleaner and keys to cleaning rooms equipped with cleaning supplies.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the building.
In the vicinity of the building, there is a badminton and tennis hall, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a ski slope with a ski lift.
Fitness
The fitness room is intended for recreational exercise by residents of TBU halls of residence and contractual accommodation facilities, as well as TBU employees. 📎 Fitness Room Rules.
Parking
We recommend using public transport.
Parking at the hall of residence is not available.
For long-term parking, you can use the park-and-ride car park in Zlín – Příluky, from where you can conveniently reach the centre of Zlín by trolleybus Nos. 1 and 12.
