What to Arrange Before Departure

Before ending your accommodation, please make sure that you have completed the following:

• • • Reserve a date and time for handing over your accommodation place (check-out) in the ISKAM system or via the web application.
      • ISKAM: Accommodation → Reservations → Accommodation Place Takeover/Handover Appointment
      • Web: https://nastupykmz.utb.cz/en/
      • The accommodation place can be handed over on working days from 7:00 to 13:00.
    • On the last working day of the month, the accommodation place can be handed over no later than 10:00.
    • A reservation or change of appointment can be made no later than one day before the planned handover.
    • If the accommodation place is handed over outside the reserved appointment or if a repeat handover is required, a fee will be charged in accordance with the 📎 Schedule of Compensation for Damage and Penalties.
    • Remove all personal belongings.
    • Clean the accommodation place.
