Hall U7 Štefánikova
The newly renovated building offers modern and comfortable accommodation in the centre of Zlín.
The accommodation unit consists of two rooms with private bathroom facilities and a shared kitchenette. The kitchenette is available only for long-term accommodation.
The accommodation consists mainly of double rooms, as well as 10 single rooms, 5 triple rooms and 5 accessible rooms.
Each room is equipped with:

- a pillow, duvet and bed linen,
- a wardrobe,
- a desk with a chair,
- a bedside table,

- bicycle storage room,

- lobby with vending machines for drinks and sterilised meals,

- student club with a rooftop terrace and views of Zlín.

Access to the building and other areas is secured by access cards, which are issued and activated at reception. An iron, vacuum cleaner and keys to cleaning rooms equipped with cleaning supplies can also be borrowed at reception.
High-speed internet access is available throughout the building.
Breakfast
For rooms on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors, breakfast is automatically included in the accommodation fee.
A buffet breakfast is served on working days from 6:30 to 9:30 in the breakfast room on the ground floor of the building.
Fitness
The fitness room is intended for recreational exercise by residents of TBU halls of residence and contractual accommodation facilities, as well as TBU employees. 📎 Fitness Room Rules.
Parking
We recommend using public transport.
Parking at the hall of residence is very limited – parking discs are required and the maximum parking time is 2 hours.
For long-term parking, you can use the park-and-ride car park in Zlín – Příluky, from where you can conveniently reach the centre of Zlín by trolleybus Nos. 1 and 12.
