How to apply for accommodation:

The accommodation application is submitted electronically in the ISKAM system:

1. • from 8 June 2026 for the winter semester,
   • from 7 December 2026 for the summer semester.

1. CZ and SK students studying in the Czech language may submit an application only after enrolment in the STAG system.
   • ISKAM → Accommodation → Accommodation applications → Waiting list
2. New TBU students enrolling for the first time shall select the “Bonus – New Student” option in ISKAM when submitting their application.
3. Students with specific needs shall select the “Bonus – Specific Needs” option in ISKAM and send their request to: 📧 koleje-u7@utb.cz

The bonus may only be used by students registered with the TBU Centre for Students with Specific Needs.

1. Misuse of bonuses is considered a breach of HRR rules.
2. Before submitting an application, the student shall check that their personal details in STAG are correct.
3. New international students studying in English, students taking a Czech language course, and interns who do not have TBU login details shall first register in ISKAM and then submit an accommodation application.
4. When first signing in or registering in ISKAM, the student confirms that they have read and agree to the HRR rules and price lists.

Interns and non-standard accommodation periods

1. Interns and students requesting a non-standard accommodation period other than the standard accommodation period shall, after submitting their application in ISKAM, send an email to: 📧 koleje-u7@utb.cz

The email must include:

1. • the requested accommodation start date,
   • the requested accommodation end date,
   • confirmation of the internship at TBU, in the case of interns.

Based on these details, the Accommodation Agreement will be amended.
⚠️ For interns, the accommodation fee is 30% higher than the standard price stated in the Accommodation Fee Price List for TBU students.
⚠️ Once a bed reservation has been created, it is no longer possible to change the dates stated in the Accommodation Agreement.
📅 Any extension of accommodation is possible only:

1. • by an amendment to the Accommodation Agreement, or
   • in the form of short-term accommodation, and only if sufficient capacity is available.
