How to Apply for Accommodation:

Accommodation applications are submitted electronically in the ISKAM system:

1. • from 15 June 2026 for the winter semester,
   • from 7 December 2026 for the summer semester.

1. CZ and SK students (study in the Czech language) may submit an application only after enrolment in the STAG system.
   • ISKAM → Accommodation → Accommodation Applications → Waiting List
2. New TBU students first enrolment in studies, shall select the “Bonus – New Student” option in ISKAM when submitting their application.
3. Students with specific needs shall select the “Bonus – Specific Needs” option in ISKAM and send their request to: 📧 koleje-u7@utb.cz

This bonus may only be used by students registered with the TBU Centre for Students with Specific Needs.

1. Misuse of bonuses is considered a breach of HRR rules.
2. Before submitting an application, students must check that their personal details in STAG are correct.
3. New international students studying in English, Czech language course students and trainees who do not yet have TBU login details must first register in ISKAM and then submit an accommodation application.
4. When signing in or registering in ISKAM for the first time, students confirm that they have read and agree to the HRR rules and price lists.

Trainees and Non-Standard Accommodation Dates

1. Trainees and students requesting a non-standard accommodation period, different from the standard accommodation period, must send an email after submitting their application in ISKAM to: 📧 koleje-u7@utb.cz

The email must include:

1. • the requested accommodation start date,
   • the requested accommodation end date,
   • confirmation of the traineeship at TBU, for trainees.

Based on this information, the Accommodation Agreement will be adjusted.

⚠️ For trainees, the accommodation fee is 30% higher than the standard price stated in the Accommodation Fee Price List for TBU students.

⚠️ Once a bed reservation has been created, it is no longer possible to change the dates stated in the Accommodation Agreement.

📅 Any extension of accommodation is possible only:

1. • by an amendment to the Accommodation Agreement, or
   • as short-term accommodation, subject to sufficient available capacity.
