- ❓ What should I do if I do not remember my ISKAM password?
The same login credentials are used for ISKAM and STAG. You can reset your password yourself directly on the STAG login page.

- ❓ How do I sign in to ISKAM?
You sign in to ISKAM using the same username and password that you use to sign in to STAG.
You will receive your login credentials after enrolment. Their activation may take 2 or more working days while the Student Affairs Office enters your details into the system. Only after this process has been completed will you be able to sign in to ISKAM.
The only exception applies to new students who will study at TBU in English-taught study programmes and are allowed to enrol only after arriving in Zlín. These students first register themselves in ISKAM and temporarily sign in using their private registration credentials. No later than 5 working days after the relevant faculty has entered their details into STAG, they must sign in to ISKAM using their TBU university username and password and contact the HRR IT Department.
