Settlement of Obligations
- ❓ Where can I have the Settlement of Obligations form confirmed?
You can have the completed Settlement of Obligations form confirmed at the office of any accommodation officer or building manager of the halls of residence.
The confirmation can be arranged during the office hours of the accommodation officer/building manager.
If you are unsure of the office hours, we recommend checking them in advance on the HRR website or at the reception of the relevant building.
- ❓ When can I have the Settlement of Obligations towards HRR form confirmed?
The Settlement of Obligations form can only be confirmed after your accommodation has been properly terminated.
The conditions for confirmation are that:

- You have terminated your accommodation in accordance with the Detailed Accommodation Rules,
- You have handed over the cleaned accommodation place in a condition corresponding to the condition in which it was received (allowing for normal wear and tear),
- You have returned all borrowed items,
- You have settled all obligations towards HRR.

Once the above conditions have been met, the Settlement of Obligations form may be confirmed by HRR.
