the appointment can be reserved or changed no later than one day in advance.
✅ Payment of the First Accommodation Fee = Accommodation Advance Payment
by the end of the first calendar month;
the payment must be credited in ISKAM no later than on the accommodation start date stated in the contract (for applications approved after 1 September for the winter semester or after 1 February for the summer semester, within 3 days or on the day of taking over the accommodation place, whichever occurs first).
⚠️ If the First Accommodation Fee Is Not Paid:
the bed is reserved for a maximum of 3 days;
the reservation will subsequently be cancelled;
the reservation deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee;
the student must submit a new application and pay a new deposit.
✅ Electronic Confirmation of the Accommodation Agreement in ISKAM
no later than 26 August 2026 (winter semester);
no later than 26 January 2027 (summer semester);
after these dates, the contract is signed in printed form upon arrival;
for underage students, the contract is signed by the legal representative in paper form.
✅ Check the Bank Account Number in ISKAM
ISKAM → Account → Accounts;
when paying by direct debit, enable direct debit in ISKAM.
✅ If Requesting an Extension of the Reservation, Pay the Accommodation Fee for the Additional Period as Well
the bed is reserved only for the period for which the accommodation fee has been paid;
without payment, the reservation is maintained for a maximum of 3 days.
⚠️ If the Reservation Is Cancelled Due to Unpaid Accommodation Fees:
the reservation deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee;
the contract will not be concluded and, if it has already been signed, it will be cancelled;
the proportional part of the accommodation fee already paid will not be refunded.
