The dormitory building offers modern accommodation near the centre of Zlín.
Housing is arranged as apartments for 6 or 8 people, in which there are three or four rooms. There is always one single, one or two doubles and one triple. Each apartment has a common hallway, one separate toilet, a bathroom with toilet and a kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
The building has self-service washing machines and dryers (payment via mobile app), bike storage and internet study room. You can rent a vacuum cleaner or iron at the reception. There is also a lobby with a snack machine on the ground floor. Access to the building is secured by HRR cards, which are activated during the accommodation period. Internet coverage is available throughout the building.
