In addition to issues related to gastronomy, you can also contact the Complaints Department in order to have your student chip card blocked in case of loss, to load money onto your card or, on the contrary, to collect the remaining sum of money after you have completed your studies.
The Complaints Department is situated in the U4 Refectory in Štefánikova Street. It is hidden in a small window on the left near the entrance to the dining hall.
