Entry to accommodation

• You have chosen your arrival date via the website in the arrival table. If you have an approved application after the start of the AY, you can see the start date in ISKAM.
• Arrival on a different date is possible only after prior arrangement with the accommodation officer of the respective dormitory.
• You must confirm the accommodation contract electronically and have paid the dormitory fee before arrival. (Rules on accommodation for the AY).
• You must present your ID and UTB student card or ISIC card or proof of study upon arrival.
• A student who fails to enrol on the given date without an excuse is automatically removed from the waiting list, loses the right to accommodation within the original waiting list and forfeits the deposit in full.
