The electronic signing of Accommodation Contracts
3. August 2018On 1 August 2018 we introduced the signing of Accommodation Contracts in electronic form only. If your application for accommodation in the TBU Residence Halls has been satisfied and you have chosen/have been assigned a bed in the Residence Halls already, please log in to the ISKaM system (www.iskam.utb.cz). In the menu Accommodation –> Accommodation Overview you will find the option of adding your electronic signature to your Contract. As soon as we notice that you have signed your Contract, we will add our electronic signature as well, usually within 3 working days. You can view your Contract signed in this manner in your profile any time or you can print or download it to your device whenever you wish to do so. When arriving in the TBU Residence Halls, you will not need to have a printed copy of your Accommodation Contract with you.
