Submitting an application
You apply for accommodation through the ISKAM accommodation system, where you log in with the same details you use to log in to STAG.
If you have not yet been assigned login credentials to access the UTB portal, register directly in the ISKAM system and then use your newly created profile to complete and submit your accommodation application.
Payment of the deposit
To be placed on the waiting list you must pay a deposit (see the Accommodation Rules for the academic year). You can find out whether the deposit has been successfully credited to our account in ISKAM.
You can pay the deposit in three ways:
- Cashless – transfer the amount from your account to 107-7297170247/0100. Please use the variable symbol (VS), which you can find after logging into the ISKAM application.
- Cash – deposit the amount in Komerční banka to account 107-7297170247/0100. Again, you must specify the variable symbol (VS), which you can find after logging into the ISKAM application.
- Payment gateway in the ISKAM application.
Application deadline
Application opening dates are always specified in the Accommodation Rules for the AR or on the KMZ website.

Accommodation contracts
Accommodation contracts for visa processing are issued by KMZ only upon request from the International or Study Department of UTB.
